Unprofessional Delivery and Dispatch

I have recieved my Furious Dongle II from Furious Team and have seen where the team ( and other teams ) need to get its act together in the delivery area .

I did not get a tracking number
My NAME was spelt wrong
My address was wrong

Luckily I order stuff all the while and the courier recognised that it was a package for me and delivered.

if that did not happen or if customs had detained the package then it would simply be put to "undeliverable" and I would be still be inquiring about the package as I still had not recieved a tracking number.

Professional dispatch must include
Giving the customer a tracking number
Printing the Name and address from the information submitted by the customers ( handwriting increases error -- always print from shipping information) Incorrect name and address can cause inumerable problem depending on your courier/country)

All resellers should ensure that best delivery procedures are followed.
