Unprofessional Delivery and Dispatch I have recieved my Furious Dongle II from Furious Team and have seen where the team ( and other teams ) need to get its act together in the delivery area .
I did not get a tracking number
My NAME was spelt wrong
My address was wrong
Luckily I order stuff all the while and the courier recognised that it was a package for me and delivered.
if that did not happen or if customs had detained the package then it would simply be put to "undeliverable" and I would be still be inquiring about the package as I still had not recieved a tracking number.
Professional dispatch must include
Giving the customer a tracking number
Printing the Name and address from the information submitted by the customers ( handwriting increases error -- always print from shipping information) Incorrect name and address can cause inumerable problem depending on your courier/country)
