First of all please download, install and use Latest Sigma Software
After latest Sigma Software will be installed:

1. Re-root phone
2. Repeat Direct Unlock operation

In case same issue appears

1. Re-flash phone
2. Root it once again
3. Repeat Direct Unlock operation

Don't forget to post results along with the log file in a current thread after that.
