i managed to read full flash in bin format but when i try to flash another phone it gives me error:

FDL File: \Desktop\E1200R__2015_01_27_10_49_06_FULL.bin
Hold OK Button and Insert Cable to Switched OFF Device
PORT: COM515
SROM: SPRD3
FDL1:
ACK_SIZE_ERR: 0
FDL1_BOOT Failed: FDL1 FIN3

what could be the problem?
