But other people have said that NextTetherPolicyDetails: Albert Unlock Test and Training.This means that will only work with SIM cards AT&T . I tried and it turned out to be true, now the phone is locked to AT&T.
And so I made an order To unlock Sprint and received Phone locked to AT&T.

SUplier says that phon unlocked
but as you can see it is not so and phone is locked in ATT

Now I am waiting to have returned my money .

If they are not cheater
