S5 SM-G900A Android 4.4.4 Rooting Steps:-

1.Download&Install Towelroot V3.apk

2.Handset Put Into Download Mode And Flash The File(Put This File In PDA)

3.Open the Towelroot app and Press "Make it Rain" to root your device.

4.Power Off Your Mobile& Boot In to Download Mode Again Flash The File

5.Install Super Su to Manage Root Access.

Done!
