UPDATE ON UPDATE:

1. Use the modified HtcOMADM_SPCS.Zip You have to flash this in recovery and than the process is the same as with the 4.1.2 ROM

2. Use a "file manager" to replace the HtcOMADM_SPCS in /system/app with HtcOMADM_SPCS.apk
Than the process is the same as with the 4.1.2 ROM. After unlocking you'll get vDM client crashes. It's not a problem, cause afterwards you can flash any other ROM and you'll remain Unlocked

Files: Htc OMADM_SPCS.apk

Htc OMADM_SPCS.Zip

NOTE: READ CAREFULLY, are 2 different procedure or try with the number 1 or with number 2.

- The attached .APK above contains a HtcOMADM_SPCS.Apk from the 4.3 update with modified code and files to allow access to the API menu, and not cause "vDM client crashes"

- ONLY FOR DEODEXED ROMS
can use the zip:
HtcOMADM_SPCS.zip

Flash in recovery e use Terminal itc...
