| hxc is starnd for htc devices. This was the software for hxc dongle.........and due to some reason it was stopped........and later we developed ***** software (including htc) so this is 2nd software for htc. So, what you want to know more. I don't understand your problem?
hxc green cable needs driver. May be we have driver for xp and you use windows 10 ete so, driver might be close. Try to test in XP, and post result.
