Hello.

Make Factory Reset, turn on the phone, wait 2-5 minutes and try to select network manually.

If problem will be the same, try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Perform "Repair NVM" operation.
3. Make "Repair IMEI" once again.
4. Post here full Software log with all of your actions.
