We've unlocked his iPhone and pulled the report from Apple to confirm.
He then realized(!) the phone is blacklisted and requested a refund.
Basically he is saying we are responsible because his unlocked iPhone does not work on AT&T and T-Mobile.
Yes, it is blacklisted on those carriers which is not our responsibility.
We've done the job and unlocked it as promised.
So he files a chargeback with his bank and we've taken the loss ($40). Obvioulsy the guy is incompetent and takes advantage of the system.
We just wanted to let the other unlockers know about this scam so they avoid dealing with this person.
