Try to re-flash the phone. Unfortunately, "Write Firmware" is currently not supported for LG D959, so we can only advise You to use original LG Flash Tool.
Also, make Security and QCN backups and try to make Repair Security, then make Unlock and Repair IMEI, maybe this will help.
