Try solve problem as follow way:
1. Download qcn from bst support site. (You are here: Root / Samsung_SW / !EFS_NVM_QCN_CERT / QCN / SGH-T999 /)
2. Write QCN
3. Reboot phone and then check network (waiting 1-5 min)
