loock you VDD down the Jtag screen is "0.00V" it's wrong...where's the Voltage?, try to use USB 2.0 port w/o any HUB or prolungue and ceck you Box if have HW issue.
1) Disconnect Atf, open Sw ATF only , connect ATF and write here what light you see, (specific if is BIG or Light/Nitro Box).
2) Open Atf Sw from ATF PLUS click in ACTIVATE JTAG and report here if say that have find Activaction String and ATF JTAG IS ACTIVATED
3) CLOSE AV and Update IMPORTANT FILES, restart application and ceck if have solved.
NOTE: these 3 steps test one by one not all in one time...post result here
