this mean protocoll was disconnected, restart the HuaweiAdvTool and the phone... then try again.
IF the problem persist then change the usb port, check the drivers correctly installed.
IF is huawei P7 your case phone need to have usb debug acivated and manufacture mode.. also correctly rooted.
Just try again.
