IF the problem persist then change the usb port, check the drivers correctly installed.
IF is huawei P7 your case phone need to have usb debug acivated and manufacture mode.. also correctly rooted.

device is rooted.. usb debuge mode is enabled.. and manufacture mode is enabled also..
