Please install
latest Software version,
required driver and restart PC.
After these actions do the next:
1. Put the phone into Emergency mode manually (disconnect cable, power OFF the phone, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect cable).
2. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
