This phone have signed modem.
Pathing modem without factory rsa key is not posible.

Use factory alcatel flasher.
Untill flashing in this phones EFS will be restored to factory state.
If proinfo partition not destroyed when was flashed wrong firmware, this must solve problem.
In this phone some partitions are hidden and not accesible directly even on rooted phone.
Most posible some partitions remain from old firmware and some from new firmware.
And this create problems.
