Use OTU updater to put it to download mode,
when it starts reading information, unplug cable, and kill process via task manager.

Two things :
1st : changing imei is against the law, so any discussion about it will be deleted.
2nd: imei is in OTP zone, and without patching modem, it will be almost impossible to fake it.
