If problme will remain the same, do the next:
1. Upload Security backup, created during "Unlock" operation.
2. Upload *.log and *.logx files of "Unlock" operation from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.
3. Make "Read Security" and upload received file.
4. Send us download links.
We will check where might be the problem.
