TheBoard IC say:

chip: A33
Motherboard: pht-q88h v1.1 2014-4-2

is a 7inch tablet labeled at its back as "Prontotec" also in the Boot it say the same mark

it stay on bootloop it get to android loading screen then after some seconds it restart again and again...

Please lend me a hand
