1. Install [BEST] software to "C:/BEST" instead of "Program Files" folder
2. Login to your PC like Administrator user
3. Be sure that you have active Internet connection
4. Disable your PC Antivirus and/or Firewall
5. Now register [BEST]
If problem still exist - send ASK file to
