follow the instructions in sticky threads, to read, edit and write back
pro_info partition, and after that use OTU updater,
to update to desired PID (region / language set).
Italian PID : 7041D-2[X=A,B,C,E,F,G]ALIT1
Should be clean and decustomized ...
