| On my phone everything works absolutely well after the jumper, tested. How i manage to made it : first i connect the phone to regulated power supply and check that if i press POWER ON there is no reaction - no current flow. When i put charger always show me charging at 98%, even if battery is disconnected. So i look for some fuse, didnt find, look for schematic, didnt find, check the power ways - the ticker ones, and found this two points as "suspected", check on another board show me zero Ohm between them, on mine was infinity, the rest is history...
