I installed all the Nokia cable drivers. OS is Win 8

Micro USB charging cable(same with that for android mobile) was used to connect Nokia 215 and PC, however, always got the message below.

Connect phone on selected interface...

What kind of USB cable should be used? how to connect using USB? Thanks.
