Allright SO the operations needed to be DONE via OCT LG box software is the following if you have LG F180S/F180K/F180L with SERVICE DISABLED! & IMEI *NULL* or IMEI - 0
First you need to Flash your DEVICE with the ORIGINAL correspondent firmware in my case is
F180S CONVERTED TO .oct. Next is the step where you will need to FULLY WIRTE original imei in the corespondent box via OCT BOX LG software. THird and final step is to RESET SECURITY"
After all steps confirmed HOLD DOWN POWER BUTTON + VOLUME UP AND confirm fully WIPE with POWER button x2 times.
The End! Phone working again.
