I know They can't give You S-Off solution, but You must know HTC has one of the best security on the market, it's not easy to brake this. Anyway, for S-Off is very good and really chep device on market. Just buy it and make money. Use clip to unlock security and IR for next steps. IR supporters can focuse for other things now, like file support etc.
And copy-paste is not acceptable like some people think here.
