Its not showing exact frequency 32.768khz. In DSO its showing 33.236khz.
change xtal or power ic. When you get exact frequency and still not on then do emmc procedure. you had changed switch so nearest part is wifi so check 1.8v on C214. If shorted then remove wifi IC. then check 1.8v.
