Yes i do, iTunes 10 in Windows, because i read that is best for Gecko. I have the latest itunes in OSX.

I'm gonna try iTools on another Windows machine.

Nothing in iTools on the other machine.. All i see is "Your device is not connected to PC yet ... " while it clearly is - iTunes can see it.

Edit: I do have the correct program right? There is only 1 iTools? Every website it directs me to for help is in Chinese.. And i don't speak Chinese very well. :P
