Please upload *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Also, upload "Security-SM-G925T-Unknown27-10-2015_10-58-42-.asec" Security backup. Post here download link for these files, we will check where can be the problem.
*.log and *.logx files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. |
