2 ways:
1. Put the flash file on microSD, filename must be <4digitmodelid>.zip, like PN07IMG.zip. Boot into hboot (or download mode on newer phones) and phone will be flashed automatically.
2. Use 'fastboot flash zip <filename.zip>' or 'htc_fastboot flash zip <filename.zip>'while phone is in fastboot/download mode. Sometimes you need to flash phone in RUU mode, use 'RUU' button in XTC 2 Tool to switch into this mode.
