i dont know why and how but this client phone come with UB dont know why , as i know this series i've been sure that its software issue .

so flash stock still no BB , so tried to write donor QCN , still no BB , flash stock again 4.4.2 from octopus support page . now there was BB but both imei /01 and no service .

tried repair security after a min when command is still runing i've see netowrk availble , phone completed operation did restart and stuck on boot loop with vibrate only no screen at all just vibrate .

tried to recover with SDA card still nothing . what to do ? JTAG ?

hope team will fix it and help me...
