| seems problem is in your side.
Delete GPG EMMC from your registry and run software again while good internet connection.
1. go to run
2. type "regedit" and hit ENTER key
3. go to "HEY_Current_User"
4. then, "software"
5. Find "GPG"
6. Inside Gpg you will see "GPGeMMC"
7. Right click it and delete it.
8. Now, connect GPG EMMC box and run the software while internet connected.
9. Done
