My Intex Cloud Y5 has a pattern lock set by my kid and now she has forgotten it, can you help me with hard reset for the same please?
When I press Voulume Key Up and Power at the same time it takes me to factory TEST screen and not factory reset.
When I Press Volume Key Down and Power at the same time it shows me the Android animation robot and then after a few seconds shows its fallen down..
Please help me with a solution without needing to buy volcano box please.
