Hi SEEMS YOU DON T KNOW WHAT IS REACTIVATION LOCK RESET
This reset the lock on re activation protection on phone, so after you do this it, you must do factory wipe phone from recovery.
When reactivation lock is on in download mode like in picture below
it will not allow wipe phone from recovery, but after is OFF then it allow wipe phone.
And as per your log it show phone not connected and this is done in download mode not when phone is powered on normal mode or in adb.
Also Reactivation lock or FRP are not a model dependent it is universal for all New models with such protection on phone.
