1 question , phone have frp or reactivation lock? can you be clear because these are 2 different things here
Also be more clear how you wipe phone in recovery and still ask if phone accept wipe from recover then it should reset phone, so will be better if you post full info of phone, i have here now in my hands Note 5 and S6 edge so and asks for frp and other ask for re activation lock so i can test here on phones in hands
