imei null is reason of security corruption or baseband chip damage most samsung check device hardware ID which is uniq for each hardware and security is encrypted with that hardware ID and saved to phone.
Simple reason is to stop cloning of phones.
if you can say what model number then can give more details about how to make default security. |
