| Dear chimera, I can not unlock os10 ever since i reload my system. when i try to unlock any os10,the phone will service till it reached chimera spinning logo where it will not connect again.I have tried on several blackberry os10 when it reached the spinning logo the phone will not be detected by the laptop again.
Pls what to do?
