He refuses PayPal payments and offers only Skrill (Moneybookers) for the customers to buy credits on his website.
Do not deal this way with the person - he claims he is professional, however, he just collects the money without providing the services (it seems , he offers non-existing services) and you will not be able to have a chance whatsoever with Skrill to get refund.
More than a month ago exactly the same case happened with my Skrill payment to him for iCloud services. Still no refund, just endless promises from him to make the refund tomorrow, after tomorrow, on monday, etc. I've got all the details/screenshots/proofs, they will be attached here if needed.
Admins, please pay attention to the case to protect the users from the advanced tricks/games and cheating threat, as it is obviously (from other users posts in this thread and other posts on the forum) that the issue is not random - the same happened to others for quite a long period |
