| My IPhone 6 suddenly stopped connecting to T-mobile cellular service. When I turn the phone on it says "searching"for a little while then "no service". Wifi calling works but regular cellular calling and data does not. I've contacted T-Mobile and there is nothing wrong with my account. I tried the SIM card in my old IPhone 5 and it works perfectly fine so I believe there is a problem with the phone. I have tried resetting network settings, complete restore, going back to iOS 9.2.1, new SIM card...etc and it still does not work. Any ideas? I don't know if it is related but the front camera and ear speaker do not work and I found that the cable was broken. All other functions of the phone work perfectly fine. Thanks |
