| Hi Farry...reflow 71Mhz SAW (under big cage,bottom right hand corner)Reflow ccont bga ic(Bigger of the 2 bga ic's right at the top of the board}and finally cobba (bga ic just below the BIG bga ic sealed with glue....CAREFUL buddy if the cobba also has resin or glue around it,then it is best NOT to touch!U can put heat for a few secs but be very careful!GOOD LUCK!!! <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> |
