You will find the IMEI stored in the flash ic is corrupt and you should be able to in most cases read UEM then send *.ask file to guys doing *.ask to *.rpl then write *.rpl to the handset If you have to change the UEM then you can write any *.rpl to the handset remebering there is different *.rpl files like asic 2 and asic 5 etc
