For your X600, first input *#9999# or *#1234# to check the the firmware name and lest us know. We need to know which firmware version so that we can know bugs inside. T-Mobile firmware is X60BOWJ4_WK3. Please download and reflash.
About E700, "Preview error" normally is ribbon cable (FPCB problem). If no FPCB problem, it will be camera or CPU problem.
