I made some progress... after typing 2945#*88110# I get a menu:

1 Sblocca USIM

If I type code nothing happens. If I type '1', I get a new menu:


Sblocca USIM
1 Blocco rete
2 Blocco

Now if I type code nothing happens, if I type '1' or '2' I get a msg:

USIM sblocatta

What should I do?
