Hello,
1. Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future.
2. Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor.
Open CM2SPD folder and delete fault.bin file and try to run software again.
If you still cannot run software attach fault.bin file to your e-mail and contact to
[email protected]
DO NOT send screenshots !
