please follow the instructions step by step
step 1 : after u put on the phone are u able to switch it off with on/off switch or u have to switch it off by removingb the battery
step 2 : if u r able to put the phone off with on/off switch then try to resolder the display connector also check the display connector lines as per the circuit diagram.
step 3 : in case if u r not able to power off the phone with on/off switch then 100% software flash ur phone mcu + ppm parts.
