In the latest firmware versions of Qualcomm-based phones ability to Unlock and Reset MSL was disabled.
If you cannot Unlock or Reset MSL on a Qualcomm phone, you need to check phone’s firmware release date.
If firmware was released after 01.10.2015, then you can try to downgrade phone’s firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware). |
