Disabled the word CHEATER as the accused are still giving his side or in other words the subject are under investigation we cannot consider he is guilty on the accusations that made by thread starter. (exclusive only on market feedback)

Reputation System - many forums used this kind of previllage on their sales section and this is really helpful to include point system,so all members wanted or attempting to make deals to another member have basis because of POSITIVE & NEGATIVE REP Functions..I think its better to apply this on main sales and only those people have access can use this previllage.
