Alcatel A 851L Tracfone unlock done using model 6016A

1. open NCK dongle main module
2. option ANDROID BY cable
3. Choose model OT- 6016A
4. Connect the phone on with the MTP option enabled
5. give ports down and choose to refresh the port dira ALCATEL HS- USB DIAG
6. press unlock and you will come out that the 3rd option of locks is blocked
7 .then press simlock rebuild and restart and you're released here I leave the logs
