hi,

Need help reading back up files fresh unit brandnew always failed

any suggestions or tricks me help me ,before back up spd are always success only now i cant

NEW UNIT
NEW ORIGINAL CABLE

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

==== Wait for phone...

Phone found! [ 10 ]
Port Opened
Sync...
Initial Boot Failed!

Reconnect Power/Cable!
