You are in India, if i'm not wrong, so how other Box/Dongle where i cannot download nothing from India server...it's happen in you case....but nobody report this, only sometime when our developers working in this for all you, but 1/2 hours
Anyway, we put always "alternative" link for .exe download, and this work fine and anybody has reported this you issue, no there's any Bug in Microbox Support area.
TIP: instead of download from Sw go in our Home page, (after logged), and download direct from Support.
