Hi thank you for any help offered, I have an LG D855 that was locked to Vodafone network. I purchased an unlocked code from a reputable service which gave me a NCK code to put in, phone said unlocked so I put my virgin sim in, it comes up virgin but I can not send or receive messages or calls. It say's network settings error. I visited Virgin store and they checked my sim was working and it is. So I don't understand why I can not use phone. I have tried Airplane mode the switching of and back on resetting network settings etc etc the phones software is android 6.0 version V30c-234-15 Kernel version 3.4.0 .
